The CM-3250 with its American made rigid steel welded load frame is built to last. The upper and lower crossheads are 4 inches thick. The ram is 7 inches in diameter. These features make the CM-3250 one of the strongest machines in its class.

Its load frame is manufactured with structural steel side members and solid steel crossheads, and features our wrap around box construction design with each corner fully welded on both the inside and outside crosshead seams, for the rugged stability needed for accurate and repeatable test results year after year.

The CM-3250 comes ready to test 6x12 concrete cylinder. With additional spacers and accessories it can test 2x4,3x6, 4x8 cylinders, beams, 2 inch cement cubes, and conduct splitting tensile strength tests.

The digital indicator, loading control valve and hydraulic pump are positioned on the right side of the load frame for easy access, increased productivity and safer operation by positioning the operator on the right side of the machine when testing. Featuring superior rate of load control, its quiet running continuous duty hydraulic pump and pressure compensated loading control valve are manufactured to ISO 9001 international quality standards.

Available with four different digital load indicating systems, you can select from a basic budget minded unit or an advanced unit that will automatically calculate and display stress test results and will transfer to a PC all the test data required for a C-39 test report.

Standard safety features include steel fragment guard doors on both frame openings and a high pressure hydraulic safety valve which prevents the machine from operating beyond its maximum capacity. Optional safety features include a piston over-extension limit switch (available on all models) and an electronic overload protection switch. This switch automatically turns the hydraulic pump off when the machine reaches its maximum capacity or at sample failure, and is available on iD models only.

Optional accessories include test platen sets, spacers, machine mounting stand, test cylinder loading shelf and ¾ hp (.6kw) hydraulic pump package.
