Concrete
Portable Curing Boxes
Meets ASTM C-31, C-192, C-511 and AASHTO M-201, T-23, T-126 specifications.
Inconsistent curing creates unreliable results. Weather, space, temperature swings, and jobsite handling can all affect how concrete test cylinders cure. Even when the mix is right, inconsistent curing conditions can create unreliable test data. When the curing box is part of your jobsite routine, the value is simple: consistency from pour to pour.
Up to 22 standard 6" x 12" concrete test cylinders can be stored at 72° +/- 2°F over an ambient temperature range of -10 to 100°F. A lockable lid prevents tampering, bottom valve for easy draining, requires a minimum 15 amp circuit, 115V/60 Hz.
Deluxe model features a re-circulating water temperature control unit, temperature set buttons, digital readout of water temperature and indicating lights.
Economy model has heating temperature control only through a 1500 watt heater, and 3" dial thermometer. Cooling can be achieved through fresh tap water circulation only, if available.
Tough insulated plastic construction will never rust or corrode, 14-gauge steel bottom rack provides optimum water circulation for even curing.
