Dual Mass DCP, Quick Connect

The Dual Mass DCP is used to determine in-place soil shear strength with CBR values from less than 0.5 to 100% and bearing values ranging from 430 to 10,800 psf. DCP consists of a drive hammer and steel extension shaft assembly with a 60 degree hardened cone tip and a disposable cone adapter, and can be used for depths from 30 inches to 6 feet with optional drive rods and extensions.

The kit also includes a chart to compute CBR values, an Excel template to chart test results, a crush proof carrying case with wheels and wrench set.
