Reflux Extractor Set, 1000g
Meets ASTM D2172 and AASHTO T164 (METHOD B) specifications.
The reflux extractor is used to determine the percentage of bitumen in a paving mixture using hot solvent extraction. The set includes:
- ⦁ 2 wire screen cones with 500g capacity each
⦁ Copper condenser with 1/2" inlet/outlet water tubes
⦁ 6" OD x 18" H (152 mm x 457 mm) glass jar with ground open edges for
a tight fit
⦁ 6.25" square hot plate
⦁ 100 pack of 33 cm filter paper
